Made to Order
Nearly all of our products are made to order. Due to the vast number of available sheath options, we are not able to stock any sheaths. We build sheaths for a large number of different knives, in 3 colors, Left and Right Hand, and with many different accessory options. So instead of stocking sheaths that meet only some of your specifications, and not all of them, we let you decide exactly what you want built into your sheath.
You'll notice the wait time posted on our front page as well as each product listing. This wait time is an approximate wait time from the date of your order, to the day your order will be shipped out. We do our best to give you an accurate wait time, however please realize that this is just an estimate. Our goal is to provide you with an exceptional product, in a reasonable time frame. We will not rush an order just to get it out the door. If the customers order does not meet our standards, then it will not leave our shop until it does.
When your order and payment are submitted, your order is added to our schedule. We operate on a first come first serve basis, so the schedule is essentially the waiting list of customers that precede your order. We are a small business, and can only complete a certain amount per week. We complete our orders in small batches, one batch per week.
Here is the order process for our "Made to Order" items-
Step 1 - Select your product options, and click add to cart.
Step 2 - While on the shopping cart page, review your selected options by clicking "View list of options I selected".
Step 3 - Precede to checkout. Double check your email and shipping address.
(You may create an account at this time. If you do not create an account, you will NOT be able to check the status of your order.)
Step 4 - Once your order and payment have been submitted, you will receive an email confirmation with your invoice and all of your order specifications.
Step 5 - Wait patiently for your order to be built....
(If you login to "My Account", you will see the order listed as "Processing". All this means is that we have received your order, and it is in our wait list.)
Step 6 - When we complete your order, you will receive an email with the tracking information for your shipment.
Step 7 - Receive your order in the mail, then proceed to take the rest of the day off and head out to the woods with your new piece of gear.
As mentioned above, you will receive an email with the tracking number when you order has shipped out. We DO NOT ship with out sending a shipping confirmation email, this means it is important that you double check your email address so that you can be sure that you will recieve the shipping notification. We ship our orders via USPS Priority. If you would like to use UPS, than please just let us know.
We do ship internationally. Added shipping fees will apply. We ship our international orders via USPS First Class. You will be provided with a Customs Tracking Number. We can ship via UPS for international shipments as well, just let us know.
If at anytime after your order is placed that you would like to change an option, add or remove something, or change your shipping address, then please email us and we will take care of that for you. In your email, please be sure to include your Name, Order #, and what you would like changed.
We take both credit cards and Paypal as forms of payment.
